Today I was out on assignment for Kangaroo Photos shooting the Cabramatta Rugby Leagues Club Annual Cultural Day.
I began the day shooting some little kids playing half field games, wow some of these kids are HUGE for Under 6, 7s and 8s. Then came the cultural Display, Tonga, Samoa, New Zealand and Australian Aboriginals where present, all groups performed something traditional to their background, what a great display, the entire club seems very family oriented and it showed today with not only the support but by the way they handle themselves, the club seems very proud of who they are and what they have achieved, and rightly so. Even the great Canterbury Bulldogs player Hazzam El Masri was available to help with proceedings, I managed to meet him and what a standup legend of the game, hats off to him for all the support he gives Junior Leagues Clubs.
Anyway enough chit chat, below are a few of the images from the day.
