Recently I was commissioned to shoot Bob Smithies a Balmain Tigers Rugby League legend for SMP Images.
I traveled down to Dapto South of Sydney to where Bob lived and also grew up as a teen.
Bob played a few season with the Balmain Tigers in the late 60s, he even managed to win a premiership in his first year during the South Sydney Rabbitohs domination era.

Bob was a great sport, had a million and 1 stories and had such a colourful life, living life legend right there.
