Want an adventure on 4 wheels in Iceland? you need to see the guys at Safari QUADS.

On my adventure through Iceland last year I was not only fortunate enough to spend my birthday in this amazing country but due to bad weather and rescheduling I got to spend the day at Safari QUADS as well.

The day started fairly early, we were introduced to our private guide for the day, Thor was great, he sorted out our one piece winter suits, helped us strap down our Pelican Cases and filled us in on where and what we would be doing.

We were officially taking photos for SQ of our day, I also made a short vlog of the experience (watch here).

We went on the QUAD Mad Tour, a 3 hour tour of the mountains surrounding the capital Reykjavik, fortunately for us we ended up spending almost 7 hours out in all sorts of weather, rain, hail, a snow storm and floods, an absolutely awesome experience and without doubt the best way to see parts of outer Reykjavik.

We also spent our last night in Iceland with Thor, Josh (General Manager) and his girlfriend, these guys know how to party and took us to what felt like every bar in Reykjavik, we even tried the local delicacy, fermented shark (not bad and you will be able to see that experience soon).

So a huge thanks to the Safari guys for an awesome and memorable birthday experience, we cant wait to come back and do it all again.
